hey guys! Check out this kale ships recipe that I absolutely love when I’m eating Kale. Nutritious and yummy, all in one! INGREDIENTS 1 bunch kale 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, divided 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 pinch sea salt, to taste DIRECTIONS Preheat an oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Bring a resistance band or two in your luggage. If you’re in a pinch this can provide a effective on the go workout. Print out body-weight and outdoor workouts before you leave. This will encourage you to stick with a plan if there isn’t a gym available. Bring food for the airport and plane.
