Welcome to the AshleyKfit Bodyweight Training Program!
Here’s how to get the most out of your program.

There are three sections below.:

  • The START HERE section
  • The Training Videos Section
  • The Bonus section

The START here section has the introduction guide PDF. Download that and read it before starting. I cut through a lot of fluff with training to make sure you get the most direct, streamlined approach. It also includes the Activation Video. This is a short 6 minute activation / warm up training session that you can before your training, or on off days.

The Training Videos Section has 8 training sessions in it. The videos are designed to be more difficult as you get higher in number. Therefore, video 1 is easier than video 2, etc. However, don’t let that hold you back. If you feel you want to do video 8, that’s not a problem! The key is proper form. If you don’t have any issue with your form, you should be fine.

In the Bonus section, you’ll find the Bonus Recipe guide and access to the Glute Training program.

Whenever you are logged into your program, you’ll notice that there’s a ‘dashboard’ in the top menu of the website. If you ever get lost and want to find your way back, just click on ‘dashboard’ and you’ll be taken back to the front page of the membership site. Here, you can access your bodyweight training again.
