Check out this delicious PINEAPPLE LIME SMOOTHIE recipe from Ashley’s nutrition plan:

* 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

* 2 tbsp mint leaves

* 2 tsp lime juice

* ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger

* 6 oz nonfat Greek yogurt

* 1 tbsp chia seeds

* 2 tsp honey (optional)

Puree pineapple chunks with mint leaves, lime juice and ginger in blender until mint is finely chopped. Add Greek yogurt and blend until smooth. Stir in chia seeds and honey (if using). Let stand five minutes to thicken.
